The National Park Topes de Collantes, belonging to the mountainous group of Guanayara, situated in the central zone of the island, will host the race. This area has a rich and varied fauna and has also great diversity of plants creating exuberant vegetation.
After a first stage of 8 kilometers around two impressive waterfalls with the purpose that the participants get acclimatized to the territory, the runners will face the second stage of 31 kilometers by very diverse paths. The third stage of 32 km and the fourth one of 43 km (the longest stage of the race) will be developed in the Parc of Guanayara, characterized by a spectacular own vegetation.
The last stage of the race of 33 kilometers towards the Helechos, will be developed by virgin landscapes and will put to the limit to the participants after 5 days of race.
